Our Practice

Dr. Shelley Kasprick DC

Hi- I’m Dr. Shelley Kasprick, a Honolulu chiropractor. I’m passionate about helping people live their best life and meet their maximum potential through chiropractic adjustments.
I’m an athlete who enjoys running, swimming, cycling, yoga and anything that inspires me to take on new challenges and push my own limits. I am married to a chiropractor, who keeps me adjusted so I can adapt to the inevitable stresses of life, work and activity, living life to my maximum potential.
I graduated from Western States Chiropractic College, in Portland Oregon in 2004.
I have 3 daughters who are very active athletes. They surf, play
soccer, basketball, track/cross country and hockey. Naturally, I have a special interest in prenatal and pediatric chiropractic, with post graduate specialty work in this area. I am certified in Webster Technique, which is a specific adjusting technique that gently and effectively reduces pelvic torque and is often recommended by midwives and obstetricians for pregnant patients. My mission is to improve the proactive utilization of chiropractic in the Honolulu community, helping people achieve better health and optimize their potential, thereby improving the health and potential of our community. In order to be the best I can possibly be and improve the patient experience and the effects of my adjustments, I train regularly to improve my adjusting skills. I look forward to the opportunity to take care of you and your family.

Dr. Erica Yu DC

Dr. Erica Yu grew up in Los Altos, CA. She enjoyed a variety of high school sports but above all, she loved being a cheerleader. After a bad fall cheering, she experienced years of back pain that never improved despite a variety of treatments. This injury halted all athletic activities for Dr. Erica throughout college.

After graduating from UC Santa Barbara, she moved back to Los Altos and received her first chiropractic adjustment. After four months of chiropractic care, Dr. Erica was pain-free and back to snowboarding and diving without worry. Because of this life changing experience, she went on to become a board certified Doctor of Chiropractic from Palmer West Chiropractic College in San Jose, CA.

Dr. Erica believes in treating the body as a whole in order to enhance ones’ ability to live at their best. She utilizes chiropractic adjustments and myofascial release to help others experience the type of healing that impacted her life so greatly. We are honored to have her at HNL to share her passion for chiropractic. Dr. Erica looks forward to helping you optimize your health and continue doing what you love.
